Follow these 5 easy steps to experience a relaxing beach meditation.
Firstly, get nice and comfortable. ⠀
🌊 Visualise yourself at the ocean and notice everything around you, the temperature, the sounds, smells and feeling of the sand. ⠀
🌊Next, put your attention on each part of your body, starting at your feet and working your way up to the town of your head. Allow all your muscles to soften and relax as you take the journey upward. ⠀
🌊Now picture yourself back at the beach, allow the sun to shine on your entire body, notice where you feel the warmth and lie there enjoying the feeling of laying on a peaceful, quiet beach. Let the sound of the waves wash over you like a blanket of light. ⠀
🌊If any thoughts bubble up to the surface, just become the observer of those thoughts, like you're watching a movie, allows them to pass you by. ⠀ 🌊Once you feel rested, slowly start to wiggle your fingers and toes and bring your presence back to the room ⠀
🌊 Notice how you feel; you should feel lighter and calm.
