Sun Gazing has been around for thousands and thousands of years. More recently, even NASA confined Sun Gazing has benefits when done properly and safely.
Many cultures, such as Egyptian, Mayan, Aztec and the Tibetian, believe in the healing benefits of Sun Gazing.
It is thought that after a minimum of 3 months Sun Gazing the brain becomes charged by the sun moving through the eyes, charging the hypothalamus tract, travelling via the retina which leads to the brain.
