BodFood Turns One. A message from Linda XO

As another lap around the sun completes, it's often a time of deep reflection for many of us.

I can't thank you enough, my deeply valued BodFood community, for your support over this past year. I hope you've enjoyed all the new products, features and updates we've shared, and I can't wait to continue serving you non-toxic haircare that makes you and our planet happy.

BodFood officially turns One on 11/11/22...can you see a theme here? The number 11 is a very powerful number for me, so it felt right to launch the company on that particular special day!

However, as many of you know, the journey of BodFood began long before that. I've shared the story of my burnout that led to the creation of high-performance hair care with a focus on natural and organic ingredients so as to not disrupt hormones or affect impact ones health negatively in any way. Before launching our first 11 products, we went through 4 years of rigorous product research and development to ensure that the products were both as clean as they could be and that they actually performed to the salon quality standard that I was desiring.

After 12 months of positive feedback on our current "Signature Range", our community has given us the confidence to extend our range to bring more solutions to individual hair types and hair diagnoses.

We are so excited to announce that we are introducing our new range in December. Ocean-inspired, having spent my childhood holidays beachside at Batemans Bay, New South Wales, where my mother is from and always feeling like the beach is my haven, it has been the inspiration behind this new range. A range created for you!

Our new Algae Sea Minerals range is a collection of products that are completely free of artificial ingredients; they are 100% natural and packed full of certified organic ingredients. The ocean-inspired products of shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, hair elixirs, body wash and body lotion are designed to give you the best possible results for your hair, scalp and body.

When it comes to technology, the product development process is just as important as the product itself, and this is because a good product is only as good as the process that created it. So with the right resources and guidance, we are now moving to the formal focus group stage. From there, we're ready to share these beautiful new products with you.

On reflection of this first year, we also celebrate having our first full-time team member Heather, who has been a tremendous support and champion for the brand; we have launched a further 3 products, with so many more on the way! We have welcomed 7 beautiful and highly valued stockists across QLD and NSW who are helping us spread the BodFood love and passion for high-quality, natural products, and we have so many more exciting things in the pipeline in that space, too...all will be revealed soon!
